A selection of three wines from a private vineyard in Yoichi Niki, Hokkaido: Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio, and Chardonnay. The set also includes delicious aperitifs such as cheese, prosciutto, and pâté de campagne.

The photo shown is a sample of the platter, but the quantity is suitable for about four or five people.

This winebrand is a private selection from Niki Vineyard, located in Niki Town, Yoichi District.
At this vineyard, the destemming process is done entirely by hand, and no additives are used, making it a completely natural wine.
It comes in three varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio, and Chardonnay. These wines are not usually available for purchase.

We are pleased to offer this wine in limited quantities, as it is produced locally and we hope guests visiting Niseko from around the world will enjoy it.

The winemaker was originally an internationally renowned architect, part of Prada’s architectural product team. However, he transitioned into the world of winemaking, interning in Italy and Australia before choosing Hokkaido as his production base. With a unique vision, he creates wines that reflect his distinct approach.

Much like the Yoichi Whisky Distillery, which chose this region for its production, the area benefits from optimal conditions: moderate sea breezes, mineral-rich soil, excellent ventilation, and ample sunlight. These factors combine to create exceptional wines.
